Generating Images

How do I generate an image?

Go to the Generate page, type your prompt describing the image you want, set the width and height, then click Generate Image. Your job enters a queue and the worker will process it. The result appears on the same page automatically — no refresh needed.

How long does image generation take?

Generation time depends on the GPU hardware running the worker. On a modern NVIDIA GPU (RTX 3060 or better) it typically takes 5–30 seconds. On older hardware or CPU-only mode it may take several minutes. The page polls automatically every 3 seconds and shows your image as soon as it is ready.

What happens if my generation fails?

If generation fails, no is deducted from your balance. The system will automatically retry your job up to 2 times before marking it as failed. You can then submit the prompt again. Check the error message shown on the generate page for hints about what went wrong.

What image sizes are supported?

You can generate images between 64×64 and 1024×1024 pixels (the maximum can be changed by the admin). For best results with most AI models, use multiples of 64 — for example 512×512, 768×768, or 1024×1024.

Can I use different AI models?

Yes. The admin can add multiple AI models to the platform. If more than one model is available, a dropdown selector appears on the generate page. Each model may produce a different style or quality of output. The models are configured via config/models.json on the server.

My image is stuck on "Generating" — what do I do?

This usually means the worker is temporarily offline or ComfyUI is busy with another job. Wait a few minutes — if the worker restarts it will pick up your job automatically. If it stays stuck for more than 10 minutes, contact support. Jobs that do not complete within 5 minutes are automatically marked as failed and no credits are deducted.

How do I download my generated image?

Once generation is complete, a Download Image button appears on the generate page. You can also find all your past images in History — click any image to download it.

Is there a daily limit on how many images I can generate?

There is no daily limit. You can generate as many images as your balance allows. Each successful generation costs 1 . Failed generations do not cost anything.

Credits

What is ?

is the in-app credit used to pay for image generation. 1 = 1 image generated. When you register you receive 20 free to get started. You can top up your balance at any time via UPI payment.

How do I get more ?

Go to the Buy page. Select a credit pack, scan the UPI QR code, complete the payment in your UPI app, then click Confirm My Payment. Your balance is updated after an admin verifies the payment — usually within a few hours.

How does the payment approval process work?

After you confirm your payment on the Buy page, a payment request is created. An admin reviews it and verifies the UPI transaction against your transaction reference. Once approved, the is added to your account and you receive an email confirmation. If it cannot be verified you will receive a rejection email with the reason.

How long does it take for my to be credited?

Most payments are approved within a few hours during business hours. If your balance has not been updated after 24 hours, contact support with your UPI transaction reference (UTR number).

Will I be charged if my image generation fails?

No. is only deducted after the image has been fully generated and successfully saved to the server. If the generation fails at any point — ComfyUI error, timeout, upload failure — your balance remains unchanged.

Account & Privacy

How is my data kept private?

Your prompts and generated images are stored on the server and are only visible to you and platform administrators. Images are served via a secure PHP proxy — no direct URL to the file is ever exposed. We do not share your data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I change my password?

Log out, then go to the Forgot Password page and enter your email. You will receive a reset link valid for 1 hour.

Can I delete my account?

Account deletion is handled by the admin team. Please contact support via WhatsApp or email with your account email and we will process the deletion promptly.
