Terms of Service

1. The Product

"Text2Image" refers to the PHP-based web application source code, worker scripts, database schema, and accompanying documentation sold by Aana Solutions ("we", "us", "our").

"You" or "Buyer" refers to the individual or entity that purchases the product.

2. Purchase and Delivery

• Payment is made via UPI. Once we verify your transaction reference (UTR), we will deliver the source code archive to your provided email address within 24 hours.
• If you do not receive the product within 24 hours of payment confirmation, contact us immediately at arun@aanasolutions.net or WhatsApp.
• We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund if we are unable to verify payment.

3. Permitted Use

Your purchase grants you a single-developer licence to:

• Install and run the application on one or more servers for your own project(s)
• Modify the source code to suit your requirements
• Use the application commercially — charge your own users, run a paid image-generation service
• White-label the application under your own brand for client delivery (subject to Section 4)

4. Restrictions

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the original or modified source code as a standalone product on any marketplace (e.g. CodeCanyon, ThemeForest, GitHub public repos)
• Claim authorship of the original codebase
• Remove copyright notices from the source files without prior written permission
• Use the code to create a direct competing product sold to other developers as source code

5. Support and Updates

• 30-day bug fix support is included free of charge. If you encounter a defect in the original code (not your modifications), report it and we will issue a fix.
• Feature additions and customisation are available at our standard consulting rate (currently $20 USD per hour, minimum 1 hour).
• We are not obligated to provide free updates beyond the 30-day window, though we may do so at our discretion.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose beyond what is described on the product page.

You are responsible for ensuring that your hosting environment meets the stated technical requirements before purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aana Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

8. Third-Party Dependencies

The product relies on ComfyUI (open source, running on your own machine) and optionally PHPMailer. We are not responsible for changes in those projects that may affect the software's operation. You are responsible for maintaining compatible versions of all dependencies.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tamil Nadu, India.

10. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs your licence. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
