Licence Agreement

1. Grant of Licence

Subject to payment of the licence fee (₹9,999 or equivalent) and compliance with this Agreement, Aana Solutions grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to:

• Install and use the Software on your own server(s) and development machines
• Modify the Software's source code to create derivative works for your own use or for client projects you are directly engaged on
• Deploy the Software commercially to serve end users of your own platform or product
• Create a white-labelled version for a single client as part of a paid engagement

2. Ownership

The Software and all intellectual property rights therein remain the exclusive property of Aana Solutions. This Agreement grants you a licence to use the Software; it does not constitute a sale of the Software or any intellectual property rights.

3. Permitted Modifications

You are free to modify the Software to suit your project needs, including:

• Changing the design, branding, and content
• Adding new features and integrations
• Adapting the payment system for different currencies or payment gateways
• Integrating additional AI models via ComfyUI workflows

Modified versions remain subject to this Agreement. Your modifications are your own intellectual property; however, the underlying original Software remains owned by Aana Solutions.

4. Restrictions

You expressly may not:

• Redistribute the Software — You may not share, upload, or distribute the original or modified source code to any third party, publicly or privately, without prior written consent from Aana Solutions
• Resell as a script — You may not sell, sublicense, or make the Software available as a downloadable product on any marketplace or platform
• Open-source publication — You may not publish the Software or substantial portions of it in any public code repository (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, etc.)
• Multiple clients from one licence — Delivering white-labelled instances to more than one end client requires purchasing an additional licence per client. Contact us for multi-client pricing.
• Remove attribution — You may not remove copyright or attribution notices embedded in the source files unless express permission has been granted in writing

5. White-Label and Client Projects

A single licence permits one white-label deployment for one end client. The end client:

• May use the deployed application commercially
• May not receive or access the source code unless they purchase their own licence
• Is bound by the same restrictions as the Licensee with respect to redistribution

6. Third-Party Components

The Software incorporates or depends on the following open-source components, each governed by their own licences:

• ComfyUI — GPL-3.0 licence. Runs on the worker machine; not distributed with this package.
• PHPMailer — LGPL-2.1 licence. Used for transactional emails.

Your use of these components is subject to their respective licences. Aana Solutions makes no warranties regarding those third-party components.

7. No Warranty

The Software is provided "as is". Aana Solutions makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You assume all risk associated with the use of the Software.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Aana Solutions be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software. Aana Solutions' total liability shall not exceed the licence fee paid by the Licensee.

9. Termination

This licence terminates automatically and immediately if you breach any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

Aana Solutions reserves the right to terminate this licence with 30 days' written notice if it determines, in its sole discretion, that your use violates the spirit of this Agreement.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.

11. Entire Agreement

This Licence Agreement, together with the Terms of Service and Refund Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Aana Solutions with respect to the Software and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
