Refund Policy

Short version: Because this is a digital software product delivered instantly, we generally do not offer refunds after the source code has been delivered. However, we are committed to making sure you are satisfied — please contact us before requesting a refund and we will do our best to resolve your issue.

1. No Refund After Delivery

Once the source code archive has been sent to your email address, the sale is considered final and no refund will be issued. This is because digital goods cannot be "returned" — once you have received the files, we have no way to verify that copies have been deleted.

This policy is consistent with standard digital product marketplaces (CodeCanyon, ThemeForest, etc.).

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

A full refund will be issued in the following situations:

  • Non-delivery: You completed payment but did not receive the source code within 48 hours and we are unable to resend it.
  • Duplicate payment: You were charged twice for the same order.
  • Payment verification failure: We could not verify your UTR/transaction reference and cancelled your order.
  • Significantly not as described: The product fundamentally does not match what is described on the product page (e.g. a core feature stated on the page does not exist). In this case, contact us within 7 days of purchase with specific details.

3. Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Changing your mind after delivery
  • Inability to set up the software due to your hosting environment not meeting the stated requirements
  • Incompatibility with a specific ComfyUI workflow or model you expected to work out of the box
  • Issues arising from modifications you made to the source code
  • Purchasing by mistake

4. 30-Day Bug Fix Guarantee

While we do not offer a money-back guarantee, we do offer a 30-day bug fix support period. If you encounter a genuine bug in the original (unmodified) source code within 30 days of purchase, we will issue a fix at no charge.

This is our commitment to product quality and your satisfaction.

5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under Section 2, please contact us within 7 days of purchase:

Include your order email address, UTR number, and a description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days.

Approved refunds will be returned to your original UPI account within 5–7 business days.

6. Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with our response to a refund request, you may escalate through your UPI payment provider's dispute resolution process. We will cooperate fully with any such process.
